Historical letter on the building of a Kollel, written by hand of HaRav Avraham Yeshayahu Karlitz. The Hazon opens the letter with a blessing. The letter is written on draft paper, it is entirely written by the hand of the Rabbi. Size 8.5x21.5cm. Slight defects in the corner of paper without damage to the text. Defect also in the tape in the right corner without any loss.
