General Dwight D. Eisenhower is depicted fixing a cracked helmet, covering its Nazi insignia with a tag that reads ‘NATO’. Underneath the helmet, Nazis energetically assist in repairing the helmet, holding atomic weapons. Perched on top of the helmet, a capitalist war profiteer plays with rockets.
