Yaakov and Rachel by the Well. Oil on canvas painting by kabbalist Yehudah Patilon, "the Holy Painter." Signed "Leon" in the margin frame.
Kabbalist Yehudah Leon Patilon [d. Cheshvan 1974] was known as a wonder worker and tremendous expert in the world of reincarnations and souls. He earned his livelihood as a painter, and was known by his trade, as "the Holy Painter."
Size: 76x56 cm. 3.5 cm cut in the middle. The painter's signature appears at the margins of the painting and was unintentionally stapled to the wooden frame in its outer margins.
