אוסף גדול של מאות קבלות, המאשרות קבלת כסף מ"ועד העזרה לבני כוללות בוקאווינא" - כולל בוקובינה בירושלים. שנות התר"פ-תר"צ (שנות העשרים והשלושים של המאה ה-20).
הקבלות חתומות ע"י הגבאים. בכל קבלה חתם גם המקבל. לכל הקבלות מצורפים הספחים, וגם בהם חתימות המקבלים. בין החותמים אישים חשובים מכולל בוקובינה, כדוגמת רבי יהודה זונדל האגר, רבי מענדל גפנר, ועוד.
