דף בכתב-יד, מכתב בקשת תרומה מאת רבני חברון, אשר ידיהם פרושות "לעמוד בתפלה מול מערת המכפלה", עבור קהילת יהודי חברון. טופס ריק ללא מילוי שם הגביר שאליו יופנה המכתב, וללא מילוי שם השד"ר "אשר ילך בשליחותינו לעורר רחמים עלינו...". [חברון, שנות הת"ר].
על דף זה הונח (הודבק?) קטע דף שעליו אישור מאת רבני חברון על קבלת כסף מאת רבי משה ידיד הלוי, בחתימת וחותמות הרבנים: רבי אליהו סלימאן מני, רבי רחמים יוסף פראנקו, רבי מרדכי חסון, רבי יום טוב פרחי, רבי נסים להבה, רבי נסים חיים קארייו ורבי יצחק רפאל עזריה זאבי.
