Who is called a religious person - a long and interesting halachic response by the halachic authority of Rabbi Shmuel HaLevi Vosner zt "l, author of Shevet HaLevi, 1997.
An interesting and lengthy halachic response in his handwriting and with the signature of Rabbi Shmuel HaLevi VaSner of the generation of Rabbi Eliyahu Schlesinger, rabbi of the Gilo neighborhood in Jerusalem 1997.
The answer deals with the matter of people who purchased apartments from a company provided they were sold only to the religious. And they also sold to those whose Shabbat observance is dubious. And in this he discusses who is called religious.

The Ga'on Rabbi Shmuel HaLevi Wosner (1913-2014) author of Shevet HaLevi, one of the greatest poskim of the last generation. A disciple of Rabbi Shmuel David Unger Av Beit Din of Nitra and of Rabbi Yosef Elimelech Kahana Av Beit Din of Ungvar (both perished in the Holocaust) and later an outstanding disciple of Rabbi Meir Shapira at Yeshivat Chachmei Lublin. In 1939 he immigrated to Eretz Israel with his wife, first living in Jerusalem, serving as the city's greatest rabbi, and soon became prominent as one of the most important sages and was appointed Rabbi and Chief Rabbi of the Geula neighborhood. In 1946 he moved to Bnei Brak to serve as Rabbi and Av Beit Din of Zichron Meir. This appointment came at the recommendation of the Chazon Ish, who already knew the greatness and strength of the young scholar and anticipated his future. After a short period of time, he was appointed rabbi of the Chug Chatam Sofer community in the city. Over the years Rabbi Wazner became one of the greatest poskim and became a halakhic authority accepted by all circles. He gave answers to the thousands, which were printed in eleven volumes of his responsa Shevet HaLevi.
[1] Official paper sheet. Written on both sides, all in his own handwriting and signature. 20.5 x 15 cm.
