A declaration of mourning by the Galicia Kollel regarding the passing of the Admor of Belz Rabbi Yissachar Dov Rokach.
The Admor Rabbi Menachem Mordechai Frenkel Te'omim in the Beit Midrash of Zichron Menachem. The Admor of Belz was the president of Kollel Galicia.
Rabbi Issachar Dov Rokach [1864-1927], Admor of the Maharid. The third in the Belz dynasty [the former 'Adamor,' 'Der Freirdiger Rav'], the head of the Galorets and the greatest of the generation.
