A Holocaust note from the Westerbork transit camp [in the Netherlands] for 25 cents.
The Westerbork transit camp for Jews was a transit camp set up by the Nazis in the Netherlands for the deportation of Dutch Jews to concentration and extermination camps in the east. The camp is located next to the small village of Westerbork in the region of Drenthe, near the German-Dutch border in the northern part of the country.
