!A Colorful, Illustrated Flag for Simchat Torah – Kovno, the 1930's [circa 1934] – Extremely rare

A flag for Simchat Torah published by G. Guttman, Kovno (circa 1934, according to an inscription on the reverse side of the flag).
Extremely rare. Naturally, flags from these years had not been preserved, all the more so, flags that were printed abroad for the children there, most of whom did not survive the Holocaust.
On the flag there are illustrations and motifs of Simchat Torah, the figures of Moses and Aaron, verses and prayers.
At the center of the flag, a window (originally, another leaf was glued here with an illustration of a Torah Scroll).
On the reverse side of the flag, the verses that are said when the Holy Ark is opened on Simchat Torah are printed [Atah Horet La'Da'at, etc.)
Size: 25x37cm.
Condition: Good. Stains. A tear glued by scotch tape on the back. The margins of the flag are slightly torn.
