By Rabbi Mordechai Zeev Itinga of Lviv (1804-1863), a gadol of Galicia, student of the Yeshu’ot Yaakov, and brother-in-law of the Shoel u’Meishiv, who wrote with him the work “Mefarshei HaYam” and “Ner HaMa’aravi.” Was “Nasi Eretz Yisrael” of the Osterreich-Galicia kollel.
