In the booklet, the Rebbe presents his attitude to the question of immigrating to the Land of Israel. He explains why the Jews of Europe, including many rabbis, had avoided immigrating to the Land of Israel before the Holocaust and why today, in 1948, they should immigrate to it.
Inside the binding there is a handwritten inscription about the book being received from the Rebbe, its author.
