A composition that encourages the reestablishment of the Sanhedrin in Jerusalem under the leadership of the Ridbaz as a solution for assimilation and the spreading of Reform Judaism.
The author suggest unique solutions to solve worldwide Jewish problems including, among the others, a prohibition to print book outside the Land of Israel (!) and opening paper factories in the Land of Israel to create jobs for the poor residents of the Old Yishuv.
Among others, the author writes: "We shall establish a university in Jerusalem which will be subject to the Beit Din Ha'Gadol. Three great kingdoms have promised me support this enterprise and after the war I will be able to reveal the details".
The booklets includes printed letters the author had received from Rabbi Ya'akov David Wilovsky (the Ridbaz) and Rabbi Eliezer Deutsch of Bonyhad (Pri Ha'Sadeh).
For various reasons, the initiative to reestablish the Sanhedrin was not carried out.
