Condition: Fine-very fine. Aging stains.

Hermann (Chaim Aharon) Struck, also known by the pen name Chaim Aharon ben David, 1876, Berlin 1944, Haifa. He was an artist and painter of Jewish and Zionist prints. Among the prominent Jewish artists in Germany, he immigrated to Israel in 1922. His works were collected in books of engravings and prints, many of which were dedicated to sights from his journeys around the world. In addition, he was also a Zionist activist associated with the Mizrachi movement, participated in a number of WZO conferences, was a member of the General Zionist Council, and served as a member of the JNF board.
