Author’s manuscript of the sefer Binyan Shlomo by R. Shlomo Avigdor Rabinowitz.
R. Shlomo Avigdor Rabinowitz served as Rav in various communities in Russia and Lithuania including Suprasla and Dlahashin (near Minsk), until he was murdered by the Nazis in 1941. Known as distinguished Talmid Chochom this sefer was first published in Bialystok in 1936 with the Haskomo of R. Chaim Ozer Grodzensky. It was later republished in Shanghai by the author’s son, and a third time in 1980 in Yerusholayim.
Lot includes a 123 page notebook handwritten on both sides, an autograph letter from the author to his brother R. Yitzchok regarding the printing of the sefer and a 15 page booklet including a sketch of the title page, the introduction to the sefer and a list of its sponsors.
