Certificate of Conversion - Signed and Stamped by Rabbi Yechezkel Shraga Lifshitz Halberstam, Rabbi Moshe Halberstam, and Rabbi Meir Brandsdorfer, [1986].
We confirm that Mr. William Boyad Aswad, converted before us in the court, and "Dam Bris" was drawn from him, and he immersed in accordance with the religion of Moses and Israel, and now his name is Akiva son of Abraham.

Rabbi Yechezkel Shraga Lifshitz Halberstam: (1908- 1994) was the third Rebbe of Stropkov and the founder of Stropkov in Israel.
Rabbi Moshe Halberstam (1932-1932) was a prominent Torah teacher and Dayan of the Eda Haredit in Jerusalem, ordained hundreds of rabbis, author of Divrei Moshe Responsa, Rosh Yeshivat "Divrei Chaim - Tschakava ".
Rabbi Meir Brandsdorfer: (1934-1969) was Dayan, Posk and Mohel, rabbi of the Toldot Avraham Yitzchak congregation and member of the Badatz of the Eda Haredit.
