Kabbalistic book by Rabbi Yaakov Koppel [Lipshitz] of Mezeritch.
[1], 71 leaves, 35 cm. Blue paper. Kabbalistic sketches, Stefansky no. 588.
Second edition. "In Koritz" in large letters on the title page. There are two approbations given to this edition on the last page. The title page relates that when the manuscript for this book was brought before the Ba'al Shem Tov, he examined what was written, hugged it and kissed it and nodded his head, saying, "Praiseworthy is the people for whom this is so." Owner's signature on leaf 1.
Condition: Fine. Title page slightly cut in the margins. Some aging stains and worming holes. Reinforcement to the title page and the last page. New semi-leather binding.
