High-relief, textured surface rendered in the oval shape of an ethrog (citron). Prominent ethrog decorates the hinged lid. The ethrog motif is also alluded to in the Hebrew Biblical verse, “Ulekachtem lachem Pri Etz Hadar”, which surrounds the parameter of the lid. Container rests on flattened base. Approx. 7 x 4 inches (17 x 10 cm).
