A letter of recommendation in the handwriting, with the signature and the stamp and on the official letterhead of Rabbi Meir Bransdorfer, with an additionin the margin with the signature and stamp of Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Freund. Dated: 26thTishrei 1985. Regarding help to a sick Torah scholar. Rabbi Freund gives a blessing foran "abundance of blessing and success". | Rabbi Moshe Aryeh Freund, born in Hungary to Rabbi Yisrael Freund, the rabbi of the city of Honiad. Lost his wife and ten children in the Holocaust. Served for as rabbi of the city of Stamar for a short time. Immigrated to Israel and appointed as rosh yeshiva of the Yitav Lev yeshiva of the Satmar Yeshiva in Jerusalem. In 1989 he was appointed as Av Beit Din of the EidahChareidit. Considered a genius, righteous man and miracle worker. | Rabbi Meir Bransdorfer, author of the responsa KenehBosem, a member of the BedatzEidahChareidit and rabbi of the Toldot Avraham Yitzchak community. | Fold marks. | 28x22 cm.
