Campaign poster issued by Mapai. Lito. Print "Aviva" / Shmuel Alchadif, Tel-Aviv, [1950s]. Design: Moshe Vorobeichik (Raviv).
Illustration of a massive chain, with illustrations appearing between its links, depicting the "Aliyot" (Jewish emigration) to Palestine - "Second Aliyah", "Third Aliyah", "Fourth Aliyah", "Aliyat Ma'arav", "Aliyah Beth", "Aliyat Galuyot". On top appears the party's emblem (the letter "Aleph" with a hammer and stalks of grain).
50X71 cm. Good condition. Folding marks. Small tears at margins and at folding lines. Linen-backed for display and preservation.
