220 color flags from European countries, the Far East, Africa, Australia and the United States are placed in designated pockets in the album's pages. , Next to the details of the different countries' populations on each page, there are a number of flags of the various divisions in each country. Printed photograph pages of important sites in each country divide between the countries. An introduction at the beginning of the album describes the role of the flags from ancient times and the character of various countries' flags alongside the history of the Jewish flag.
The vast majority of the album and the cards are in very fine condition except for a multiple-page tear with lack in the first three pages with damage to a number of lines in the text of the introduction [restored in the title page]. Binding with gilt writing, faded and slightly bent. Some paint peelings on the back.
