A letter handwritten and signed by Rabbi Berish Zaltz, rabbi and Ram in Safed to Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak Ha'Cohen Kook.
The content of the letter: An unknown affair. One of the well-known Torah scholars of Safed degraded the honor of Rabbi Kook due to a ruling of Rabbi Kook regarding a financial dispute in a yeshiva in Safed. In the letter, the writer defends Rabbi Kook and describes the degrader's personality.
On the last page, Divrei Torah and at the end of the letter he writes: "And I have already discussed this at length with our beloved Genius Harlap Shalita when I was in Jerusalem…"
