"Since we have accepted what our holy rabbis have told us … and experience has clearly shown us the spiritual danger in permitting non-religious supervisor supervise Torah institutions except for matters of hygiene and due to the edict of the education tax … it is our holy duty to warn all Torah institutions that they are prohibited from accepting any benefits of the tax …"

On the leaf, there are glued notes with the printed names of the signatories and a description of their position. To the best of our knowledge, the original document before us was photocopied and distributed those days.

Condition: Good. Slits due to folds which were restored with dark scotch tape with slight damage to the signatures.
