A letter by Rabbi Chaim Yehuda Reich Av Beit Din of Boskowitz to the leaders of the Lemberg community. Not dated.
The content of the letter: the rabbi suggests himself to be a rabbi in Lemberg.
Among others, he describes his forefathers and himself: "I was ordained when I was twenty one years old by the geniuses of the time, the Ketav Sofer … I was head of a yeshiva and many of my disciples were rabbis…"
The son of Rabbi Avraham Yechezkel Reich Av Beit Din of Karlburg. Author of "Kol Yehuda" on Kri and Ktiv in the Book of Psalms (Pressburg, 1887) and additional German compositions. He was the rabbi of several towns in Hingary and Austria including Bonyhad and Boskowitz. At the end of his days, he was a rabbi inVienna.
