Chukei Da'at – Warsaw, 1871 – the Composition "Yedei Moshe" Handwritten by the Hassid Author on the Leaves – the Copy of Rabbi Shabtai Ha'Cohen Av Beit Din of Dąbrowa
By Rabbi Shmuel Chaim Reshevsky. Two sections with the title page of the second section.
The title page and first leaves are missing. The copy begins with the leaf of approbations. At the end of the author's preface, a curly signature, possibly the author's.
On the inner binding, two inscriptions indicating that the book had belonged to Rabbi Shabtai Ha'Cohen Rappaport (1820-1897) Av Beit Din of Dąbrowa. At the end of the book there are additional, similar inscriptions. There, there are also slightly erased signatures of Moshe [Shmelka?].
Throughout the book, dozens of scholarly glosses, some of them long. On the upper part of the pages on which the glosses appear, the writer wrote "Yedei Moshe". The gloss on leaf 23 refers to Shulchan Aruch Ha'Rav by the Rebbe Rabbi Shneur Zalman of Lyady.
Approbations by the most prominent rabbis including the Rebbe, the 'Divrei Chaim' of Sabz.
Actually, this is a complete religious composition by a prominent Posek, which has never been printed!
Some of the glosses were erased by the author with two lines.
