Handwritten postcard (unsigned) on a topic of Kodshim by R. Yosef Rosen, the Rogatchover Gaon, to R. Yitzchok Issac Herzog, when the latter was serving as Chief Rabbi in Dublin, Ireland.

Meir Simcha Ha’Cohen who was the Rav of the Misnagdim there. He was a Talmudic genius of his time famous for both his lightning grasp and prodigious memory coupled with tremendous diligence.
