Section one: Orech Chaim and Yoreh Deah. [5] 117 leaves. Section two: Even HaEzer and Choshen Mishpat. [1] 60 leaves. 32 cm. Separate title page for each section. Between the two title pages: copperplate engraving of Moses and Aharon and David decapitating Goliath.
Rabbi Shimshon Morpurgo [1681-1740] was the rabbi of Ancona and a leading rabbi and posek. His words were quoted by the prominent poskim of all later generations. He was a leader of Italian Jewry, a strong fighter of Sabbateanism and was involved in the polemic about the Ramchal's writings.
