The Rebbe was eulogized by Rabb Menachem Mordechai Frankel Teomim in the Zichron Menachem study hall. The Rebbe of Belz served as the president of Kollel Galicia.
Rabbi Yissachar Dov Rokeach [1864-1927], the third Rebbe of the Belz dynasty ['The Early Rebbe'], the leading Rebbe of Galicia and one of the leaders of the generation.
