According to EM Luncz: The Menahem Zion Beit Midrash and the mouth of the "old Beit Hamidrash" crowd stands at the northern end of the aforementioned ruin courtyard, but this Beit Hamidrash is small but the sanctity of the old woman overlaps with it.
