Backplate Silver Hanukkah Lamp – Russia or Poland, the 19th Century
Backplate Hanukkah lamp made of silver, the back plate is hammered with a design of curly flowers.
Bears Russian stamps of "84" from 1858 and later Polish stamps.
A row of removable, rectangular fonts on the bath-shaped base. Each of the fonts has a tubule for an oil wick. The Shamash is missing.
Height: 26 cm, Maximal Width: 19.5 cm, Weight: 500 grams.
Condition: Good. Signs of age.
