Shulchan Aruch Ha'rav with Likutei Rabbi Gur Aryeh Ha'Levi. Two sections in two volumes. Mantova [1721]. Printed by Yitzchak Yareh and Ya'akov Chaver Tov. Proofread by the rabbis of Italy, Rabbi Avraham Yedidya ben Rabbi Shimon Basila, Rabbi Raphael Chaim Ha'Rofeh and Rabbi Aviad Sar Shalom Basila, who added comments to the book.
In some of the copies of the first section, on the title page there are imaginary illustrations of Rashi, Maimonides, Rabbi Yosef Karo, the Rama and Rabbi Gur Aryeh Ha'Levi, the author of the glosses of the present edition. A rare title page since the rabbis of Mantova had ordered to destroy the illustrated title pages with the portraits, which are therefore missing from some of the copies.
First Section: Orach Chaim. The aforementioned rare title page, [3], 2-146 leavs.
Second Section: Yoreh Deah. [1], 148-278 leaves.
Condition: Good. Original, worn bindings with tears, mainly in the spine. Worn and stained leaves. Thick leaves. On the binding of the first volumes there are complete metal buckles.
