Book of the fundamental regulations of the Ashkenazic city council in Jerusalem with 134 signatures of the voters - Jerusalem 1920, including the signature of Rabbi Yosef Chaim Sonnenfeld.
The regulations of the council appear at the top of each page: "The Edah Ashkenazit is religious, conducts itself according to the the written Torah and the Messorah ... the right to vote is only for men ... the council is the highest representative of the Edah Ashkenazit which was established by Torah leaders since ...." followed by the signatures of the voters on the right and their place of origin on the left. Among the signatures appears the signature of Rabbi Yosef Chaim Sonnenfeld [Ungarin], Rabbi Gershon Lapidot [1878-1956 - later rabbi of the Beit Yisrael neighborhood] Rabbi Shmuel Shulman, Rabbi Shmuel Adler Yudelevitz, Rabbi Avraham Yochanan Yadler and additional rabbis.
