The first issue was published in March 1944, and was printed by stencil. After the war, in 1946, the editorial staff of the newspaper in Brussels printed a reproduction of the first historic issue. They added a note that the reproduction was a gift from the editorial staff and administration.Light tears, without loss. Reinforcing tape to the margins. Aging stains. Fine condition.
