Miniature Torah pointer, made of 14k gold inlaid with diamonds, silver and ivory.
Circa 1896-1908. Tsarist Russia.
The head of the pointer is crown-shaped made of silver with 3 rows of diamonds. A total of 18 diamonds (approximately 0.2 carat altogether).
The body of the pointer is made of gold and is decorated by a gentle engraving.
The lower part, the hand, is made of ivory or bone, with a golden forefinger.
Marked 56, a headpiece and the initials of the person who examined the quality of the gold.
Stamped in two places: on the hand and the forefinger.
In an original case.
Length: 8 cm.
Weight: 14 gr.
