Due to the decree of the censor my father-in-law was forced to add it to the "Hapeles" journal which was published at the time, and hit is now printed for the first time to distribute it in Israel". Tel Aviv, 1929.
On the title page is a stamp: "From the Gaon and righteous man, author of the Chafetz Chaim". Handwritten mussar inscriptions on the inner side of the binding.
