A Miniature Bride's Set. Jerusalem, Early 20th Century
A jewelry box for a bride with a picture of the city of Jerusalem, a miniature mirror and copper decorations.
On the top of the box's lid is a colored illustration of the city of Jerusalem covered by thick glass, the interior is padded with a fabric base. A small mirror [9 cm] is attached to the box, surrounded by copper plates in the pattern of leaves and flowers alongside circles in the form of crowns to place candles or spices on. The box stands on four small legs. The middle leaf is cut off in its center.
A rare item.
