Extensive reference to information received at the time from abroad, written in present tense: "The terrifying information we are receiving from the diaspora about the destruction of our nation shocks and horrifies each and every one of us... if the refugees of the diaspora should ask us after the War: what did we do during these days of Holocaust, where were we when the danger of destruction and extermination hovered over the Jewish people - what will we answer them? When we were given the opportunity to gird a sword and take our place as partners in the redemption of the world - did we fulfill our mission?... Over seven million Jews are in the hands of the enemy for cruelty and not kindness... all of the events of a history replete with murder of hundreds of our nations - are insignificant in comparison with what is currently being done to us...". There are also various articles to strengthen and build the organization from within.
