His parents have decided to call him by the unpretentious name "Techno-Journal" - a shortened version of "Journal for Technicians"... its name is as its intended purpose, especially for the Air Force technician, to hear things of interest to him, to express his feelings, thoughts and objections with respect to the division in which he is working... In short, the techno-journal is to be used for the Air Force technicians to express themselves...". Includes many photographs, internal Air Force news about new aircraft and their technical function, caricatures and diagrams. Rare.
