City of Tel Aviv- 5 Rare Publications

Five different Booklets on various topics concerning Tel Aviv.

* A directory that was distributed by "The Museum of the Land, Tel Aviv" - a museum of ethnography and folklore. The booklet was distributed in honor of the opening of the museum on the 28th of Sivan,1963.

*The booklet was distributed by the municipality of Tel Aviv- Yafo at the end of 1966. The booklet contains photographs surveying the development of the city in its various branches which developed in that year: youth and sport, parks and planting, education and culture, health and welfare and more. There are other booklets from the years 1964 and 1968 in the National Library. The National Library does not have a copy of this booklet.

*TEL AVIV- YAFO - ISRAEL'S MEDITERRANEAN METROPOLIS. 1963. A  booklet of photographs of the cultural life of Tel Aviv that was designed for tourists.

*A Few Words about Dan. Published by the department of public relations. An illustrated booklet with a broad overview of the Tel Aviv bus cooperative - 'Dan', including a history of the company since it was established in 1922, the Dan garages, the lives of the members of the company and more.

*The Tel Aviv Museum Service and Directory. A Tel Aviv Museum publication. Circa the 50's. A booklet designed to guide a teacher visiting with his class in the Tel Aviv Museum, it includes details about the various works on display in the museum and a class activity.

All the booklets are rare and do not appear in the National Library.

Various sizes and conditions. Generally in good condition.
