1. Esther the King, Tel Aviv, Purim, 1930, "Edited by Chaim Shalom Chanun and with the participation of K.Y. Silman, Binyamin Kaspi and more of the greatest clowns of our generation".
Kaddish Yehuda Silman (1880-1937) teacher, author, poet and linguist, who studied at Slabodka Yeshiva in Lithuania. He immigrated to Israel in 1907. He was among the founders of Tel Aviv, the Gymnasium, and Beit Ha'Kerem neighborhood in Jerusalem. He was among the heads of the "Hebrew Committee" whose members included Bialik, Uri Zvi Greenberg and Agnon. He wrote poems and plays. He was among the editorial staff of several Israeli newspapers and the editor of various humoristic newspapers.

2. Collection of one-time humoristic booklets, 1945-1948
The booklets, edited by Shmuel Yehoshua Zvieli under various titles, were published during the years 1935-1948 and contain juicy jokes, satire, illustrations and advertisements of the period. Many of the jokes are about religious matters.
The booklet before us binds 6 booklets, for Passover, two for Shavuot, Purim, Simchat Torah and Sukkot.
About 100 pp.
Condition: Good, several pages at the end are missing.
