Seder Avodat Yom Assarah Be'Nissan – Proclamation by the Communities Committee and Council of Rabbis of Poland - Warsaw, 19.4.1948, the Day the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising had Started – Uncut – Rare

A proclamation for the Jewish communities of Poland, Hebrew and Yiddish, Seder Avodat Ha'Yom, the Dinim of the fast of the 10th of Nissan 1948 and a lamentation by Leib Bialer, "Elay Warsaw!".
The booklet indicates that the rabbis saw the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising as a most central event in the history of the Holocaust.
The proclamation emphasizes the heroism of the fighters of the Warsaw Ghetto. The day of fast is the day the uprising broke out – the 19th of April. In addition, there is a framed notice calling the public to come and pray on the ruins of the Warsaw Ghetto.
