Five photographs depicting the Admor in the Switzerland refugee camp [1945].
The Admor left the Bergen Belsen camp on a special rescue train and reached Switzerland on the 21st of Kislev, 1945. He stayed in Switzerland through Elul 1945, when he continued on his way to Jerusalem. These photographs depict the Admor at various opportunities, receiving visitors, amongst rabbis, young Torah scholars and more. Two photos depict the Admor in the synagogue before praying Shachrit with his prayer shawl on his shoulders, talking with an older Talmid Chacham [the Admor of Stropokov?]. Original photographs from the era, owned by the family until recently. No copies or reproductions have been made.
