36, [1] page. 21 cm. German. Regarding the first rabbinical congress that took place in Krakow on the 9-13th of August, 1903 – with the goal of refuting and nullifying the 'blood libel' against the Jewish Nation.
About 300 rabbis and community leaders participated in the convention. Rabbi Horowitz, Rabbi of the Also-Kubin, Hungary community, describes the impressive occasion. The convention was initiated by Rabbi Aharon Mendel HaKohen, Ashkenazic Rabbi of Alexandria.
