TENNIS: An excellent 10 x 12 book signed by various tennis players, a hardback edition published by Editions, Paris, 1997. The book written by Michel Sutter is entitled ''Aujourd´hui 100 ans, 1897-1997. Le tournoi de Monte-Carlo'' in French (''Today 100 years, 1897-1997. The Monte-Carlo Championship''), and contains twenty nine autographs by various tennis players, mostly winners of the Monte-Carlo tournament, later Grand Prix and further ATP Tour, including Tony Trabert winner in 1954 & 55, Budge Patty, 1950, both American world number one in the 50´s; Gardnar Mulloy, Pierre Darmon winner in 1962-63; Ilie Nastase 1973; Guillermo Vilas 1977; Bjorn Borg winner in 1974-75, 1978-81; Henri Leconte, played the final in 1988; Lennart Bergelin winner in 1948; Frank Sedgman 1952; Lorne Main 1954; Hugh Stewart 1956; Robert Haillet 1958; Tom Okker 1969; Andrew Pattison 1974; Henrik Sundstrom 1984; Alberto Mancini 1989, etc… All are boldly signed alongside their names or photographs. The 205 pages book contains over 250 photographs, showing very interesting images of the Monte-Carlo tournament since the 1890´s until 1997, also including the list of winners, the official posters of each year, etc...
