Autograph letter by R. Mordechai Gifter written to a philanthropist. After various details concerning a donation to the Telz Yeshiva, R. Gifter requests assistance on a sensitive topic. R. Zalman Sorotskin (Great Uncle of R. Gifter) and head of the Chinuch Atzmai institutions, had written to R. Gifter reporting that elements of the extreme fringe group Neturei Karta are spreading lies that funds raised for the Chinuch Atzmai are being misused by Agudas Yisroel. R. Gifter writes strongly against the Neturei Karta comparing their rumor mongering, which hinders the noble activities of Chinuch Atzmai, to the activities of the extreme anti-religious Mapai party.
