A humorous parody of the laws relating to intoxication on Purim, in the format of a Talmudic tractate. With additional services based on the format of the Passover Hagadah and Selichos.
For hundreds of years, persecution and difficult living conditions, coupled with Talmudic minds often cultivated a wry and sometimes satirical sense of humor. Frequently these publications reflect the times during which they were written, with cryptic references to current events.
