Divrei HaGaonim, Piotrków 1925. On the title page appear the signature and stamp of Rabbi Ephraim HaLevi Blitzer, rabbinical judge and rabbi in Bethlen. He was born in 1891 and was a student of the Daas Sofer, and the son-in-law of Rabbi Yehoshua Lichtenstein of Bethlen, who taught in the Yeshiva of Bethlen and was a rabbinical judge there, and perished in the Holocaust. He wrote Poseach Shearim and Yad Ephraim, and was killed in the Holocaust. See also: M. A. Z. Kinstlicher, a student of the Chasam Sofer, 1831 – 1832.
In very good condition. Rebound. There are a few moth spots on the first pages. The title page is partly torn and was repaired by Rabbi Ephraim HaLevi Blitzer.
