Rabbi Aharon Raphael Chaim ben Rabbi Yitzchak Moshe Ferrara was born in Salonika and in 1848 immigrated to Jerusalem. He was one of the kabbalist who studied at the Beit El and Chessed El yeshivas. His son is the well-known kabbalist Rabbi Yitzchak Moshe Ferrera.
