Letter by Rabbi Avraham Noah Palei to Rabbi Aharon Milevsky Av Beit Din of Alytus with greetings for his engagement (Brit Tna'im). "The eve of Wednesday Parashet Va'Yetzeh 5690 [1930] Jerusalem…"
"I shall take part in the joy of those who have been engaged with the girl of their choice the respected bride … and who have become rabbis Mazel Tov… may you increase Torah study and observance … and many will enjoy the light of your Torah and may you live a peaceful life so that you will be able to study Torah with no disturbance…"
At the end of the letter, the Rabbi's signature: "Their friend who wishes them all blessings … Avrahan Noach Palei"

Rabbi Avraham Noah Palei (1876-1932) was known for his great moral influence on the world of the yeshivas. He was the Meshamesh of the Ridbaz. He studied with Rabbi Baruch Ber Leibowitz and served as a Ram at his yeshiva. He was the head of the Halosk Yeshiva, a Mashgi'ach at the Shklow Yeshiva and finally, a Mashpi'ah at "Heichal Ha'Talmud" in Tel Aviv.
