"Bamah Ivrit". Album of cards - Hebrew theater. Tel Aviv, 1939
Album of the Hebrew Theater in Eretz Yisrael, published by the Maspero Brothers Cigarettes factory, Tel Aviv, 1939.
The album was made for 141 cards featuring black and white pictures from scenes in plays of the Hebrew theater [some pictures from première performances], "HaBima" [from its activities in Moscow], "HaOhel" [from when it was first founded in the Herzlyia Gymnasium] and "HaMetateh". The album and designs were made by Arel [Ricard Levi], introduction by Max Brodt, and preface by H.N. Bialik. Under each card there is a short description of the subject. It also features four large picture plates of plays.
Decorated cloth binding, 140 pasted cards [missing one card].
