B. Envelope with a set of three stamps of different values, first issue, Bell catalog 108-110, May 12.
C. Envelope with a set of three stamps of different values, first issue, Bell catalog 108-110, May 12. With a different postmark: the date is in a separate postmark/ was most likely sent by mail.
D. Envelope with a set of three stamps of different values, second issue, Bell catalog 116-118, May 18.
